Clinic Support Specialist (full time)
Are you skilled in reception duties and also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)? Our established private Dermatology clinic is seeking a versatile individual to thrive in this dynamic dual role!

We're a respected clinic known for delivering top-tier medical dermatology services. Led by our experienced supervising Physician Dermatologist and Physician Assistant/Associate partner, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients.

Position Responsibilities:
This dual-role position includes both clinical and administrative duties:

Greet and assist patients at check-in/check-out
-
Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries

Maintain and update patient information in our EMR system
-
Room patients, take vitals, and assist with dermatological procedures
-
Support our providers and assist with routine clinical tasks (e.g., instrument sterilization, room prep)
-
Collaborate with our RN, CNAs, and reception team as needed

Requirements:

Active CNA certification required

Strong customer service and multitasking skills

Experience in a medical office or clinic setting preferred

Familiarity and proficiency with EMR systems a plus

Must uphold HIPAA and patient confidentiality at all times

Dependable, professional, and flexible with rotating duties

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
